Zoe Schoofs, M.A. studied history of art and anthropology at Ludwigs-Maximilians-University in Munich. She wrote her master-thesis about a collection of Afghan War Rugs in Die Neue Sammlung – The Design Museum. During her studies her scientific focus was on fashion and textiles (mostly in Africa). She is research assistant in Kerstin Pinthers DFG-project Fashion and Styles in African Cities and also worked on the exhibition project Flow of Forms / Forms in Flow.
