Francine's creative work is based on the concept of resilience. In her view, resilience is a capacity to adapt, resist, survive and maintain equilibrium, often found in societies in crisis. Francine observes the bold and ambitious way in which young people undertake their socio-professional integration in a particularly difficult urban context. In her work, she depicts dreamlike scenes in which everyday life seems very laborious. That's why, in all her paintings with their surrealist compositions, she reveals for the most part characters with the features of dreamy fighters, referring to the difficult circumstances faced by young people, and in particular women, in finding decent work in society.
