Bienvenu, Prince`s Pine, 2022, Acrylic on canvas, 70 x 70 cm, Photo credit: LABA

Bienvenu Fotso's work is based on the representation of bark, plants and leaves, in order to put man in touch with nature. Through his compositions of skilfully superimposed floral forms, Bienvenu Fotso expresses the strength of a woman's joyful blossoming in an environment, particularly his own, that is not always conducive to expression.
